2K Spring 1 week 6 and Goodbye

Wow! What a busy last week to this half term!
Thank you to all the adults who volunteered for the Rainham Parish Church visit. It was fantastic to visit a local place just on our doorstop. Reverend Elise and her team made us all welcome and expanded our understanding of Christianity and our current RE topic. We also had the opportunity to complete some local historical research on Captain John Harle and visit his grave.
Children enjoyed making pancake and of course eating them.
English
We have been developing our writing using expanded noun phrases and prepositional words and phrases.
Maths
Children have continued to use money, adding different amounts and finding different ways to make an amount as well as subtraction.
Science life
Children focused on the life cycle of a frog and all the different stages it goes through.
Sadly, this is my final website entry. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the children and yourselves for making my time at Brady a wonderful experience that I will look back upon with much affection.
I have been completely overwhelmed with the kind wishes, generous gifts and most importantly the time taken by you to express gratitude and wish me luck.
