This week we had an amazing week learning about Lunar New Year with a focus on China. We had fun trying noodles, playing restaurants and making blossom trees. We have been listening to traditional Chinese music and also dragon dancing. In phonics, we have been looking at the sounds m,a,s,d,t,i and discovering which picture matches the initial sound. In maths, we have been ordering the animals in the race according to the Chinese zodiac story.
