Nursery Autumn 1 Week 8

Mrs Divall - 21 Oct 2024

This week in Nursery, we have been learning about Diwali! Thank you Mrs Shah and Mrs Degun for doing an exciting assembly for us all about Diwali celebrations.

We have been playing mendhi and colouring Rangoon patterns.  We have been exploring rice and making party food.

Tomorrow and Thursday we are reading our favourite, The Colour Monster.  We will be talking all about our feelings and what to do if we are feeling "all mixed up." We will be using colour monster puppets, identifying and sorting feelings and painting our own monsters.

As a team we all hope you have a very happy half term, remember there is no nursery next week! If you are celebrating Diwali then a very happy Diwali to you, and also enjoy any Halloween celebrations if you celebrate this.  Please be careful if you are trick or treating and remember to stay safe around fireworks too!
