Summer 1- Week 2 - Ready, Steady, Grow

It's been another busy week in Nursery. We have continued with our topic of 'Ready,Steady, Grow'. This week we tasted more fruit and then made fruit skewers which we then ate during our snack time. We discussed which foods were healthy or not healthy and why. We also had ago at learning to 'brush teeth' and some facts about why this is so important!
Next week we are going to be really busy preparing for our Kings Coronation Picnic and we can't wait to see you all.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS - excluding Nursery

For school admissions information and to apply, go to:

Children born between 01/09/2021 - 31/08/2022 are due to start Reception in September 2026.
Applications close on 15th January, 2026. Offer day is in the evening of 16th April, 2026.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), please note there's a different process for school transfers. You'll need to contact the Special Educational Needs Team directly at sen@havering.gov.uk to discuss changing your child's school.

School will finish for the Christmas Holidays on Friday 19th December (children will leave school at 1:15pm) and will return to school on Monday 5th January 2026.
