Welcome to Nursery :)

Hello and welcome to Nursery! What a lovely week we have had this week, exploring our provision, meeting our friends and learning some of the rules and routines. We are all so proud of how well the children have settled in. We have been busy singing lots of songs and nursery rhymes, choosing different areas to play in and forming our listening and sharing skills. We hope you enjoy the pictures below.

Please remember that only water is allowed in the children's bottles and these should be cleary labelled with their name and sent in every day. Please also label all of your child's uniform as we have already had a few jumpers with no names which have been left on empty pegs!

Next week you will be sent a newsletter and other important documents. Please look out for these in your child's bag and on the Nursery window.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS - excluding Nursery

For school admissions information and to apply, go to:

Children born between 01/09/2021 - 31/08/2022 are due to start Reception in September 2026.
Applications close on 15th January, 2026. Offer day is in the evening of 16th April, 2026.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), please note there's a different process for school transfers. You'll need to contact the Special Educational Needs Team directly at sen@havering.gov.uk to discuss changing your child's school.

School will finish for the Christmas Holidays on Friday 19th December (children will leave school at 1:15pm) and will return to school on Monday 5th January 2026.
