The Diwali Story

Welcome back! We hope you all had a restful and fun half term. In nursery, we are ready for a busy half-term. This half term our topic is "Celebrations" and this week we are learning all about the Diwali Story. We have been making rangoli patterns using chalk and 2D shapes in the garden, as well as using coloured rice inside.
We have incorporated our learning of shapes this week in maths with the patterns we have created, and we have been retelling the story using role-play masks and dressing up in saris!
Just a reminder to make sure you have booked your slot for the Nursery Parent's Meetings, which will be held on 13th November.
