Stubbers SMASH Camps

07 May 2024

We've been asked to pass on the following information on behalf of Stubbers Adventure Centre ...

  -016STB24_SMASHCampsAdvert_Schools_v2.pdf-

My name is Julia Pomeroy and I am the Head of Centre at Stubbers Adventure Centre in Upminster. I am writing to you today to ask if you would mind sharing the attached leaflet with the parents and carers of students at your school, to see if our ‘Smash Camps’ (school holiday activity days) are of interest.- In particular for this upcoming May half term.

Our 130-acre site, including lakes and woodland, is a great place for kids to get close to nature and experience a feeling of freedom – while remaining safe and secure within appropriate boundaries, under watchful adult supervision. We offer the experience of 35+ extraordinary activities across land, air, water and motor.

Stubbers Adventure Centre is a registered charity in England and our primary objective is to develop by education, example and the provision of a disciplined environment - the physical, mental and spiritual capacities of children and young people, to enable them to grow to full maturity as individuals and become respectable and responsible members of the community.

As a non-profit charity, the money we make through our commercial activity goes straight back into our charitable work. Smash Camps activity days are a great way for kids to not only build confidence and make new friends, but to help them reach their potential, develop and enrich their lives.

We would be very grateful if you could share the attached pdf leaflet as soon as you are able to, and we would welcome speaking with you in the future about other ways which we could work together with your school if you are interested.

Many thanks

Julia Pomeroy

Head of Centre
