Menu & Dietary Information Amendments, May 2021

Due to feedback from our kitchens, we have received so far as well as further supplier changes the following recipes have been amended:
Week1:
- Rustic Italian Meatball Linguine (VE)- No changes to allergens, however, changes to the carbohydrate content.
- Lightly Spiced Rogan Josh (VE) – Changes to carbohydrate content.
Week 2:
- Chicken Korma- No changes to the dietary information
- Quorn Stir Fry with Asian Style Noodles (VE)- Changes to carbohydrate content.
Week 3:
- Mild Balti Curry (VE)- No changes to the dietary information
- Toad in the Hole (V)- Change in allergens and carbohydrate amounts
- Rice, Lentil & Vegetable Dhal (VE) – Change to allergens, this dish no longer may contain gluten.
Due to these changes, please see attached copy of the amended special dietary menu, allergen and carbohydrate charts.
Unfortunately, changes to the ingredients list we previously sent out will follow next week.
