Maths
In Maths this week we started looking at a project – White Rose tours using the Maths skills that we have learnt this year. We started by researching the climate in our selected location and created a graph to show this information. Then we researched the flights that were available to our location and whether it would be cheaper to drive to an airport (working out the cost per mile) or travel from a local airport.
English
For English we finished our work on “The Raven” and completed a hot write of an informal letter to Lenore.
Science
As part of our Science work we looked at the impact of an unhealthy lifestyle and how this can have an effect on our bodies. We then produced some persuasive posters to encourage people not to smoke.
