Maths
This week in Maths, the children have started a new unit of learning. They have started their addition and subtraction unit. So far they have been working with related facts and learning their number bonds to 100.
English
In English this week, we have continued with Rapunzel. We have used the book this week to prepare for a setting description. The children have practised using expanded noun phrases, adverbs and subordinating clauses in their writing.
Foundation
This week the children have created self portraits in art. They have thought about portraits we have already studied, and drew themselves thinking about how they would like to be presented.
