Year 6 week 3

Miss Line - 15 Nov 2019

This week in Maths we have been continuing our work with fractions. We have been looking at how to find fractions of amounts and have been adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions.

In Literacy we have been looking at the features of a non-chronological report and have started writing our own using all of the information we have gathered so far about the blackout.

In Science this week we started our new topic ‘Light’. We looked at how light travels and made our own human model to show this. We also looked at how light is reflected and that the angle of incidence was equal to the angle of reflection.
