Maths

In Maths this week we have started to look at the 4 times tables and 8 times tables. Children have been completing multipilication and division problems and recognising patterns and strategies to help us solve maths problems efficiently. Please ensure your children are practising at home and accessing TTRS.

English
In English this week we have started our next topic on persuasive writing. We will be writing a persuasive leaflet to encourage Brady Primary School to eat our healthy tacos. The children have learned about using persuasive writing devices such as emotive language and will be using this to write their persuasive leaflet next week.

DT
This week we planned and designed the taco we will be making next week. We discussed different methods of cooking and children shared lots of lovely moments of cooking at home with their parents. When planning our taco, we ensured that we included foods from all food groups in our plan, and we hope that children will enjoy eating their healthy taco next week.

Notices
  • Next week PE will be on Wednesday 11.12.24.
  • Next week the children will be making vegeterian tacos. If you do not want your child to take part or if you have any questions then please speak to your class teacher.
