We have had a very busy week!
English
This week we have looked at how to write a setting description. We have identified the key features and wrote sentences using expanded noun phrases and prepositions. Next week we will start to plan our setting description.
Maths
This week we have identified missing numbers on a number line and counted compared numbers up to 1000. Next week we will be completing our end of topic assessment and will be moving onto our addition and subtraction unit.
Science
This week in science we created a bionic hand. They used different materials to represent the muscles, bones, skin and tendons. The children loved doing this and we are very grateful for all of the cardboard!
Wennington church
On Thursday the children visited Wennington church to learn about different ways christians worship. The foucs was communion. All children were amazing on the trip and they all learnt so much!
