Have a wonderful Christmas holiday!
We enjoyed our film afternoon yesterday and have spent our time today creating poppies for a display while watching a film before we completed a quiz in teams.
Myself and Mrs Agates are very thankful for all gifts and cards, we have donated to the Met police ‘give a gift’ scheme on behalf of the class who chose the presents they would like to donate. They have also been sent home with a chocolate snowman from both myself and Mrs Agates (however some children have already eaten this).
Over the holidays, please ensure you have opportunities to rest and recover but please ensure 10 reads are recorded and signed in the children’s reading record over the course of the 15 days off. It would also be lovely to see some children using TTRS to keep up with their timestable knowledge. Optional homework has been given to all children if you are looking for additional work over the holidays, it would be lovely to see this completed in January.
