Well done year 6 for a wonderful week!
With only 3 days in school this week, we have played a lot of catch up with our learning.
In maths this week we have moved onto looking at coordinations on a graph, recalling on knowledge from previous years and applying it to reasoning questions.
In English, we have looked at features of a newspaper and our skill of coordination conjunctions!
The children enjoyed our science this week where we applied our knowledge of ‘living things and their habitats’ to create their own animal. We looked at the kingdom and class of their living things before describing the adapted features it has in order to survive in its habitat.
The children really enjoyed their Christmas concert in their jumpers and did a fantastic job of performing their songs.
