Year 6 update - 25/06/21

Another week has come and gone.
This week we have been finalising our independently written persuasive leaflets based on the country of Mexico.
In our shared reading sessions we have studied chapters 7-9 of Louis Sachar's 'Holes' and have taken part in drama sessions focusing on the use of adverbs.
Our work on measuring and calculating angles has progressed and we are now confident in the use of protractors and some angle rules. This will continue next week.
Next week we will be beginning our relationships education. Parents, please read the posted letter on Seesaw if you have not had the chance to do so.
