Maths
This week in Maths we have been learning how to add and subtract fractions and mixed numbers from mixed numbers. Next week we will be revising all our learning on fractions in preparation for our Autumn term assessments.
English
In English, we have started planning our own myth. We revised the features of myths and have started including these into our planning. We also tried applying our grammar skills to a diary entry.
Science
We continued our ‘Space’ topic this week and looked at how we see the different phases of the moon from earth. Next week we will be looking at how the rotation of the earth gives us night and day.
Please note: Spelling Shed is not currently working due to a technical fault. We are hoping to have this rectified by next week.
