Nursery 04.03.2026

What a fun-filled week we've had in Nursery! It has been a very busy and exciting week which the children have enjoyed. This week the children have been reading our focus story 'Dear Zoo'. They have been creating wonderful animal handprints, drawing their favourite animals and practising writing their names. On Wednesday, it was World Book Day. We were so impressed by the outfits that the children came to nursery in and the effort that everyone made. We spent the day taking part in Julia Donaldonson story inspired activities. They made potions (Room on the Broom), snail glitter glue trails (Snail and the Whale), made Zog with the bright orange playdough and became illustrators and authors when they made their own stories. 

We would also like to say a huge thank you for joining us for our shared learning sessions. The children love to show their parents/carers around their classroom.
